Senior Legal Counsel
At the NSPCC we believe that every childhood is worth fighting for. We help children who have been abused to rebuild their lives, protect those at risk and find the best ways of preventing abuse from ever happening. In 2009, we adopted an ambitious new strategy with the aim of significantly increasing the number of disadvantaged children we reach. The Legal Department plays a key role in the delivery of that strategy. The Department provides a vital service to the organisation, protecting and advancing its charitable and business objectives through the provision of high quality, professional legal advice, support and representation across the full spectrum of NSPCC activities. The vision of the Legal Department is to be the first and trusted source of legal advice and support for NSPCC staff and activities and to uphold the reputation of the NSPCC. This role for an employment and commercial lawyer is an essential part of that vision.
