About the role This is an exciting time in our Community Fundraising (CFR) team, Fundraising registrations form a key component of BHF's CFR strategy and we have ambitious plans to grow income in this area by 2020. We are recruiting for a Fundraising Product Manager - In Memory Giving to join our Registrations team and help us achieve this key aim. You'll be responsible for the management, delivery and growth of our In Memory products and also the development of its associated products and activities across the BHF. Working with the team you'll develop and manage our existing In Memory products, including the Gift of Hope tribute funds. You'll identify, test and implement opportunities to develop new products and activities for our In Memory audiences to fundraise for the BHF. About you The successful candidate will have project management experience within the charity sector, specifically within the context of product marketing, fundraising campaigns and/or fundraising events. You will be able to put in place all necessary planning and milestones to ensure the successful delivery and growth of BHF's In Memory fundraising activity. You will also have an understanding of and empathy for our cause and objectives. You'll ensure that acquisition, retention and income targets are met, putting in place remedial action where targets are not being met. With strong IT skills, you'll be computer literate with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office and have previous experience of working with databases. With extensive experience of developing, implementing and managing marketing activity across a full range of channels and audiences you will have a strong understanding of fundraising and supporter motivations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external is essential.
