What will you discover in an Internal Audit career with us?

You’ve got an eye for detail, you’re a team-player, and you’re fascinated with banking and financial services. You’re also looking for a graduate job that will give you broad exposure to different business areas, while enabling you to specialise in one. If this sounds like you, join the Lloyds Banking Group Internal Audit Graduate Leadership Programme, and discover how you can make an impact in your own way.

With over 25 million customers and a relationship with almost every household and community in the UK, Lloyds Banking Group makes a difference in the lives of millions. We’re also the largest provider of financial digital products in the UK, and our internal audit teams play a crucial role in helping us become a financial organisation of the future. They assess our practices, help uncover and manage risks, and advise us on ways we can improve our performance.

What you’ll do

On this two-year, rotational programme, you’ll experience four placements across multiple UK cities. You’ll work with people of all interests and strengths in our Functional Audit and Risk Specialist Audit teams, within either customer-facing business areas like Retail Banking or in specialist areas like IT and Finance. You’ll also gain unique insights into how the Group functions as a whole.

Your development

From day one, we’ll empower you to apply your passions and strengths to the world of work – and inspire you to discover new ones, too. You’ll receive the tools and support you need to develop the career you want, includingmentoring, digital expressos, internal Ted-style talks, helping Britain prosper challenges that give back to communities and more. Plus, you’ll be supported to study for a fully funded professional qualification.

Entry requirements

We accept a 2:2 degree or above in any discipline from any university, and welcome a diversity of individuals – from DIY enthusiasts to socialisers and art lovers. Everything you bring to Lloyds Banking Group enriches what we offer to our customers and the community. We also offer flexible working, plus a huge range of benefits, so you can build a reward package that suits you – including private medical benefits and discounted financial products.

Join us, and be empowered to make an impact in your own way.
