IT Service Desk Administrator
Eden Brown are working with a well know charity based in North west London , they are looking for a IT Service Desk Administrator, interviews will be held on 29th Sept, with a straight start.This contract will be for 1 month and the hourly rate will be £12.60 per hour PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES*To be the first point of contact for the IT Service Desk and respond to requests and/or escalate requests up to the next level wherever appropriate.*To undertake routine software and Hardware updates on the Charity's computers, under the direction of the Systems & Service Desk Manager.*To install and configure hardware and software, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.*To help maintain an inventory of all of the Charity's hardware and software assets.*Within the policies set by the IT Manager assist in undertaking the day-to-day management of oFile structuresoAccess control & data protection,oPhysical securityoVirus protection oBackups/RestoresoDaily system monitoring & pro-active checksoAdministration of Active Directory objects (management of computer & user accounts, groups, software deployment, etc.) oAdministration of network services (DHCP, DNS, etc.)oAdministration of the company's Email system (including Email Archiving, Content Filtering and Mobile Device Management systems)If you feel you are suitable for this role please feel free to apply for the role, or you can send your CV directly to S.email@example.comEden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.Eden Brown Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
