You can find more about us at and search on social media @acamh What you will focus on: As the newest member of the Marketing Team, of three, you will develop and build the overall ACAMH brand position and offering in the digital space, working towards our mission of ‘More members, more delegates, more awareness’. Your key responsibility is to manage and maintain our social media activity to ensure digital and business metric targets are achieved. This includes developing a content pipeline in partnership with the internal Publications and Events Teams, key stakeholders and influencers. You will play a significant role in the ongoing development of our new website and that opportunities are identified to meet the Marketing Team mission. You will ensure that content is up to date, engaging, and that there is continuous improvement in the features offered. We expect your knowledge and skills of email marketing to play a significant role in driving traffic to the website, increasing engagement with members and non-members, and to support the ACAMH brand. Importantly you’ll analyse digital activity data to ensure we are engaging with our key audiences effectively and reaching our digital and business related KPIs. You will be expected to make recommendations based on this data analysis that will shape our digital campaigns with specific audiences. In doing so you’ll be part of the advancement of child and adolescent mental health, helping us move closer to our goal of all children and young people receiving the best, most up-to-date care possible. You will: Work with the Marketing Manager in the delivery of the annual digital marketing plan to support the Marketing Team mission and achieve KPIs. Create, plan and execute digital campaigns to increase membership. Work collaboratively with the wider teams at ACAMH to co-ordinate production of digital content across all of ACAMH platforms, including, but not restricted to; blogs, film, podcasts, animation, email bulletins and posts. Regularly review digital analytics in terms of social and business metrics recommending improvements and ensuring new actions and content meet tagging guidelines and organic SEO tagging is fully optimised. Be the guardian for the website and work closely with the web developers to ensure the new website remains current and up to date and the user interface remains relevant. Be responsive to any enquiries made via social media, providing a timely response. To keep abreast of any changes within the sector, communicating ‘newsworthy’ content internally and externally in a manner that is in keeping with ACAMH’s perspectives and values. Pro-actively seek out partners and organisations on-line that are akin to ACAMH, in order to provide opportunities for expanding one another’s reach and amplifying one another’s marketing messages. Attend ACAMH events throughout the year, with the confidence to go live on social media to connect with our audiences in real-time be it text, audio or film. Liaise with key suppliers and agencies in the development of campaigns and content. Provide general administrative support and other general duties not specified. Essential requirements Planning and executing digital campaigns across multiple platforms using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Social Spout. Content development and execution including; ensure digital content is SEO, film and audio editing, Photoshop. Data analysis of metrics to help shape existing digital campaigns and future activity. Creating, updating and uploading content to Wordpress. Email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor or Dot Mailer.
