It is therefore vital that you have experience in this field. All applicants must have recent experience working with children with special educational needs, in either a primary school or specialist SEN environment. You will be working in a supportive, inclusive, friendly and hard-working team where you can expand on your skill set. Strong and determined leadership by the Headteacher is moving the school forward rapidly. Pupils are encouraged to see their potential and are given the self-confidence to work hard and aim high. Pupils make good progress in their learning and achieve well in writing and mathematics.
