Our client, grown to support around 80 young people with autism aged between 5-25 years has now an amazing opportunity for a Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager to join their ever growing team.

Job Purpose

To lead the organisation in improving practice in statutory regulation and compliance by maintaining a care quality assurance system that spans the Children’s Home, Young Adult Provision and all aspects of care delivered by Prior’s Court, including target setting and establishing standards which reflect agreed good practice.

To have a deep understanding of and keep up to date with all current legislation surrounding the Children’s Home and Young Adult Provision, Regulation and Policy both locally and nationally and to disseminate relevant information appropriately throughout the organisation.

You will need:

- Level 4 or Health and Social Care Diploma Level 5 (or willing to work towards this) together with experience of working in a social care setting and proven team working skills.
- Experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities is essential and a knowledge of autism would be beneficial.
- Good knowledge of National Standards of Care, excellent communication and time management skills as well as proven experience in managing and developing a staff team are essential to this role.

- £40-£45 k basic
