**Cover Supervisor Post****Short Term & Long Term Roles****Competitive Daily Rate****Secondary School** Popular and larger than average Secondary School in the borough of Southwark is recruiting for an enthusiastic, articulate and energetic Cover Supervisors (experienced as either a; Teaching Assistant/ HLTA / Tutor/ Youth Worker etc ). This is for short term and long term cover roles to start immediately. Larger than average forward thinking Secondary School in Bexley wants to make a difference to their students. The Headteacher at this secondary school, alongside with the Senior Leadership Team have been consistent and worked hard in taking action to improve ensure a safe environment for the students. Ambitious Headteacher & visionary with clear goals and aspirations for where he wants to take the school. Students want to learn and are passionate about their education. They teach through the Key Stages up to sixth form. Exciting opportunity for a Cover Supervisor for short term and long term positions at this school. Due to the school being a large one there are always positions at this school. They would like to appoint either an experienced Teaching Assistant / LSA / Behaviour Support Assistant / Youth Worker / HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) or already a Cover Supervisor. The successful experienced Teaching Assistant / LSA / Behaviour Support Assistant / Youth Worker / Cover Supervisor will have experience with students at secondary level. For the right person there is a permanent appointment, however in the first instance this would be a long term and short term posts. Your experience must be with students at a minimum of KS3 & KS4. This post requires an intelligent, articulate individual who has exceptional organisational skills and is able to build a strong rapport with students through the Key Stages. In the absence of the teacher you would be expected to plan lessons and also manage a small team.
