Service Delivery Manager - ITIL Service, Transition, Incident, Change, Problem, Continuity Permanent £30K - £38K + Benefits Located Leeds City Centre, West Yorkshire Service Delivery Manager - Overview As the Service Delivery Manager you will be working within the Service Management Team and responsible for managing the Incident, Problem, Change, Event and Service Request Management. You need to have a demonstrable understanding of IT Service Management and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals of all levels. Service Transition Analyst - Experience: - Ensure that all stakeholders remain appraised of service transition progress, issues, risks and achievements for allocated projects - Experience of Incident, Problem, Change, Event & Service Request Management. - Managing, tracking and controlling criteria for service transition activities ensuring that the service delivery function and support teams are consulted and engaged for allocated projects - Practical understanding of Service Level Management - Ensures the introduction of change provides the minimum disruption to IT services - Collates feedback from customers on the effectiveness of the transition to service as an input into continuous improvement - To provide clear and comprehensive plans that enable the projects to align their activities with service transition plans - ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate (or equivalent practical experience of working within an ITIL environment) - Excellent customer engagement skills, including developing and maintaining customer relationships and responding to customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Line management experience, with a passion for helping people to grow and develop If you have any queries, please call Gurleen Kumar at ************
