Responsibilities: To provide 1st line support as part of the Desktop Support team, attending to incidents and service requests as required. The aim of this role is to provide technical desktop support for the systems and services used across the business, resolving incidents in a timely manner in order to maintain 'business as usual'. Where appropriate, involvement in project implementation will also be required. Skills - Knowledge of PCs/Windows - Knowledge of networks - Extensive Desktop support experience - Excellent communications skills This role is inside the scope of IR35 and will pay £13.58p/h PAYE (excluding holiday pay and pension) or £1916.74 p/h Umbrella/Ltd Deemed Payroll.
