Business Insurance Sales Team Leader Location: Poole Salary: Depends on Experience up to £22,000 +Commission + Pension+ free parking Working hours: Monday - Friday Team: New Business This exciting opportunity to join a fast growing insurance organisation is not to be missed. Our client is searching for a Business Insurance Team Leader to join their rapidly growing organisation. This role offers exciting progression opportunities and access to a commission structure for the successful candidates!!! The Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and results driven professional with experience in a management position. You will be competitive whilst remaining as a strong team player, someone who looks to encourage and motivate. As a New Business Sales Team Leader you are responsible for building, maintaining and managing a team of Business Insurance Advisors ensuring the objectives are aligned, performance metrics are set and that individual performance reviews are carried out. Some of your duties include: * Accomplish objectives by training, coaching, motivating and managing the team. * Monitor each Advisor daily performance * Develop strong relationships with insurers and Underwriters, understanding appetites, classes and specific niche sectors. * Manage a pipeline of leads provide quotation and convert quotation into policies sold to achieve agreed sales plan and Business objectives * Lead by example - you will carry your own personal targets as well as a team target to achieve each month. About you: * Experience in an insurance and/or contact centre environment with responsibilities for people management. * Excellent communication skills, along with proven experience in team building, planning, organising and decision-making * Ability to coach and train their sales team in line with Best Practise * Positive and decisive, thriving in a fast moving and targeted environment, where priorities change frequently. * Be forward thinking and focused with the ability to continually improve processes, quality and performance.
