Senior Test Analyst - Kent An exciting opportunity for a Senior Test Analyst has arisen with one of my clients in a housing sector.My client is looking for a high calibre and enthusiastic SeniorTest Analyst to join the Business Delivery team with a strong background of software testing. Responsibilities: - Accountable for testing of all the bespoke products - Ensuring the product is tested to specifications - Identifying testing tools and deploying the tools for delivery - Test planning and overall test preparation - Producing the test scenarios and test scripts and ensuring traceability to stated requirements - Test scheduling and delivering to the schedule - Executing tests and recording test evidence - Recording any defects and tracking the defects to closure - Producing and maintaining regression test packs - Test reporting and producing metrics - Producing the test completion report to signal the end of testing - Status reporting and recording testing risks and issues Essential Experience - Degree or similar educated - ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Tester qualification - 5+ years experience in software testing - Experience in Microsoft technology - Experience in SQL database technology Essential Skills - Experience with C#, .NET, Microsoft technology, SQL - Experience with test planning, preparation and test execution - Experience with various testing tools e.g. Quality Center, MTM, Jira, Zephyr etc. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate effectively at all levels - Proactive and flexible Desirable Skills - Experience testing on cloud based technology - Experience with automation testing tools - Experience with non-functional testing (performance testing) If interested in this opportunity either apply directly for this advert or e-mail **********************************
