We are looking for a Marketing Manager with experience of marketing in B2B financial services or financial markets area. You will be working with key stakeholders and senior management executives to develop and deliver integrated marketing and comms strategies, as well as delivering effective and compelling marketing campaigns. The role involves - Develop benefit led, customer centric messaging. - Develop integrated marketing and communications strategies to support business objectives. - Deliver effective and impactful go-to-market plans in line with the product roadmap with the aim of driving adoption and sales. - Work closely with the Product Management team to ensure new product launches, new enhancements and product updates have effective and timely internal and external communication and marketing plans for up-sell / cross-sell. - Develop sales tools to inform outstanding sales performance. - Ensure client facing staff understand the proposition as it relates to their customer. - Design tailored marketing programs: including key messages and proof points, tactics, budget, timing, and measurement. - Manage marketing activities across the marketing framework including including internal communications, sales engagement, customer communications, digital tools, PR, advertising, events and conferences. - Ensure that marketing communications plans meet business needs. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: - Significant experience of marketing in B2B financial services - Experience using SalesForce, Campaign monitor, CMS, InDesign and Photoshop - Extensive experience in defining and implementing innovative strategic marketing plans - Ability to balance a creative marketing practice with a business mind-set - Proof of effective decision making and ability to make risk-based business decisions that create value - Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to present concise data to executive management - Graduate level / professional Marketing credentials, preferred
