2nd Line Support Analyst



We are looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join the team in Winchester.

You’ll provide both technical and operational support for all Simplyhealth Professionals employees and customers where appropriate by providing appropriate advice and guidance on IT Solutions for both colleagues and customers.

In this role you’ll assist with the day to day management of all support calls allocated to the IT Response Team, ensuring defects receive prompt and effective attention in priority order to minimise the impact on our customers.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience of working in a 1st, 2nd and/or 3rd line support team
  • Demonstrable commercial experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suites
  • Windows based Operating Systems
  • Hardware maintenance
