I am currently looking for a Customer Communications Manager to join a leading Banking organisation and be based in London. The right candidate will be responsible for managing the customer communications of a largescale regulatory programme. Experience of providing customer communications expertise, in a large-scale programme environment, will be crucial to this role. Responsibilities: - Manage the programme customer communications activity - Provide consultative advice and recommendations, to the head of the programme, on customer communications experience - Develop customer communications strategy - Outline messaging and customer communications brand Essential skills: - Experience of managing customer communications within a financial services or regulated change programme environment - A background within complex and fast-paced change projects or programmes - Excellent stakeholder management skills, developed within large-scale organisations - Experience within a consultancy capacity - Strong creativity and ability to produce engaging presentations to senior stakeholders - Experience within an agile environment For any further queries regarding this role, please contact Doug Gear on **************************.
