A leading organisation in London are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT Team. The successful service desk analyst will have strong interpersonal client facing skills and an excellent telephone manner and problem-solving skills.

They are seeking somebody who has some experience of remote telephone support or on site client work. It is essential that you have a very smart appearance and high standards of business and personal communication.
