Customer Services / IT Junior / 1st Line Support Analyst - Woking/Guildford - Want a career in IT? Do have an outstanding Customer Services background? Due to internal promotions and company expansion we have multiple vacancies for IT entry level / IT Junior roles within our Service Desk environment. Ideally successful Customer Services / IT Junior would have a passion for IT, maybe have some IT exposure but more importantly would have natural customer care ability and enjoy customer care duties via telephone support and come across in a methodical manner. If you have any previous Service Desk experience of basic administration, AD passwords, resets and unlocks, basic citrix troubleshooting, mail box creations then you may have an advantage but its not essential as if you have the correct Customer Services background and are ambitious / driven then we will train you on the technical side.
