On behalf of our client, a fast growing Tissue Viability healthcare company in the UK we now seek to add a new member to the UK Clinical Sales team. The company has a unique therapy area, which involves an innovative diagnostic tool for a variety of applications within tissue viability monitoring. On their behalf we now seek to recruit a further sales / business development professional, with a proven track record of introducing new product concepts into the NHS. As well as this commercial acumen the client also looks for the candidate to have a clinical qualification, Nursing, Midwifery, Podiatry, Physiotherapy etc. You do not have to have a currently active PIN or HCP number If you have a proven tracked record in medical devices or selling a clinical (not pharmaceutical) product and yearn to further your career with an ambitious and progressive company that appreciates you for who you are with your particular sales style and selling technique, this company is well worth putting onto your shortlist. Within this role you will identify, develop and maintain business across all appropriate sectors in line with territory sales targets and objectives. Creativity, assertiveness and vision are essential elements to a wining employment partnership with this particular client. In the role you will provide regular systematic coverage of all relevant NHS Trust & Private Hospitals & Community Healthcare customers throughout the territory. You will identify and establish relationships with the budget holders and key decision makers in each actual or potential sales outlet and actively sell to them. Existing relationships with the client base are highly desirable but not essential. You will be competent in portfolio management in order to maximise formulary opportunities across the territory. CCG and Procurement liaison skills are highly regarded. Your customers will be clinicians and all key Decision Makers working within the Clinical, Procurement, and end user settings. You will enjoy planning your own diary and have astute strategic skills in prioritising and scheduling your own work activity.
