An exciting opportunity exists for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the finance team of a growing business based in Central London. The successful individual will gain a lot of exposure and have the opportunity to develop their skills and progress. Job Description: - Carry out accounts payable for 600 contractors. - Process and pay monthly timesheets. - Invoice clients. - Resolve queries. - Act as point of contact for all internal & external correspondence to do with contractors. - Carry out month end reporting. - Perform reconciliations. - Process employee expenses and accruals. - Report to Accounts Manager. Skills/Experience: - Minimum of 2 years accounts payable experience, preferably within a commercial environment. - Good excel skills. - Proactive and a self-starter. - Able to meet strict deadlines. - Good common sense.
