Currently recruiting for a Customer Insight Design Manager to join the largest mutual life, pensions and investment company in the UK based in Edinburgh for an 18 month FTC. The purpose of this role is to take ownership and responsibility for the design of market leading customer experience covering organisational, communication, system and people aspects of design. The desired outcomes for the business will be delivered using an agile and iterative approach to business design, with focus on increased quality, higher productivity, improved stakeholder engagement and increased satisfaction, with faster time to market of solutions. Must have experience - Solid Business Analysis skills; requirement gathering, workshop facilitation etc. - Oversight/Strategic experience - Stakeholder management up to senior level - Impact analysis/risk and dependency/understand benefits - Customer journey - Collaboration skills - Design experience: understanding, analysing and interpreting business designs which meet the needs of the business and customers - Experience working on transformation programmes - Must have proven track record of accountability for one large programme/portfolio from a business design perspective - Excellent communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills Desirable skills - Agile knowledge/understanding - Pensions product knowledge - Experience of Microsoft office - Visio/TFS - Financial services background
