High Court Client Account Administrator Location: Northampton Package: A competitive salary plus the standard benefits About the roles Equita (part of the Capita Group) are looking for a High Court Client Account Administrator to join them on a permanent basis in their Northampton office. They are seeking a well presented, polite and professional individual to join their team. The right candidate will work as part of a team in a busy office environment, although it is essential that you are able to work independently. You will proactively liaise with their clients by telephone and via email, taking and seeking further instructions as well as updating and amending case files. You will work to support colleagues within the team and also the Client Directors to ensure the smooth running of existing contracts. The High Court Client Account Administrator will need to compile statistical reports and be able to identify areas of improvement. The role will also involve undertaking administration work from members of the public which includes responding to correspondence where and when needed. Data Input will also be part of the duties as well as occasional complaint handling.
