CRM Manager UK wide (HQ in Basingstoke) £45-65,000 plus car, bonus, benefits A brand new role to maximise the benefits from the use of a new CRM system. The system has the power to improve customer experience, user experience, sales and business development. The company: Global FMCG / consumer services business expanding into new markets, acquisitions and offering new products. Globally recognised as market leaders, with innovative new products, the business is entering into a new world of opportunity. The opportunity: This is a high profile and very important role to support sales, marketing and ultimately all operations, by embedding a new CRM system into BAU (business as usual). The CRM has the potential to be very powerful and this role is to drive it's adoption and exploitation. There are 10,000 users across the world, c4000 in the UK and Ireland territory covered by this role. The CRM Manager will co-ordinate activity across the UK & Ireland : - Planning and delivering CRM strategy for the region - Understanding the business' requirements, coordinating IT, Sales and Marketing to refine a CRM solution that is embraced as the single most important central resource in the business. - Being the champion and sponsor of the CRM and all it's business benefits. Acting as Super User / Subject Matter Expert for user queries - Supporting (with IT) the development of the CRM platform - Ensuring the database is segmented appropriately to support marketing. - Direct data compliance and data accuracy - Training Super Users / Train the Trainer - Generating user friendly reports and dashboards for sales teams to maximise their efficiency We are looking for: Extensive experience using CRM systems - Salesforce, MS Dynamics? A good grasp of data handling, integrity and accuracy Broad experience encompassing marketing, technical, sales and training ideally Excellent analytical and numeracy skills Technical proficiency working specifically with Salesforce, MS Dynamics CRM and databases A good commercial head - understanding of sales, marketing and operations Ability to present, train people and 'champion' the new CRM and all it's benefits Big opportunity for an independent CRM specialist to positively impact this changing and growing business.
