My client are an industry leading business who pride themselves on being at the fore front of their industry.
Your new role
You will be solely responsible managing the purchase ledger. This will involve matching, batching and coding invoices. You will process a high volume supplier invoices, matching to P/O batching, Process weekly BACs,
You will also respond to supplier queries, dealing with invoice discrepancies, Reconcile supplier statements, Manage and action Purchase Ledger in-box, Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers.
You will also get involved with general admin including the printing and filing of invoices.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience of managing the purchase ledger. You will also have outstanding communication skill and be a natural problem solver.
