Are you an experienced perfusion equipment or haemodynamic equipment sales person, or better still a perfusionist who wants to work for a commercial healthcare company as a clinical trainer and sales support person? Our client is a leading provider of capital equipment and medical devices used in complex heartsurgery, and on their behalf we now seek to add a new headcount position to the UK team. The objective of the role will be to support and train NHS and private customers on the correct use of equipment used by perfusionists to support surgical procedures in operating theatres. The company is launching a new platform of technology to support their customers on an advanced technical and clinical level, and this role will involve travelling to all the users, training them on the new hardware and software, and ensuring that they remain 1005 contented users. As the ideal candidate, you will have the ability to take on complex information and deliver it in a simple manner to users. The objective will be to continue to improve patient outcomes and deliver exceptional standards of customer care across all users and levels within the department. You will have excellent listening skills and enjoy meeting a large variety of people. Your role will be to support the sales team by ensuring revenues streams are maintained due to clinical satisfaction. Full training will be given. A career pathway is available into sales if you so wish, but this is by no means essential. This role might also suit a person who has been in a sales role within cardiac surgery and now wishes to have more of a 'hands on' role as a clinical trainer.
