Job TitleCommunications Analyst
What does the role involve day to day?We have a fantastic opportunity for a Communications Analyst to join our Partner Services team.

In this role you will develop and arrange distribution of information requirements to be communicated to and from Delivery Partners and SLC. You will also produce high quality, validated communications material.

You will be responsible for maintaining a range of communications channels for the distribution of information to delivery partners and advisors, owning information web-pages, contact lists and registers and mailing systems.

What we are looking for
  • Educated to minimum level 4 or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in developing quality communicationsExperience at managing and designing public-facing web-sites.Experienced/proven track record at account / supplier management of front-end services Good knowledge of student funding and the education sectorVery strong planning skillsHigh levels of IT literacy, including an awareness of contact centre operations.
