PT Compliance Administrator
My client is currently looking to recruit a Part Time Compliance Administrator to join their team in Milton Keynes.
The role itself is an all-round administrative role assisting with all aspects of the compliance function. This will include opening new clients on the system, verifying documents for new clients and assist with their collection, carrying out checks for existing clients and third parties, ensuring records are accurately maintained, monitoring conflict of interest checks, the risk assessment matrix and various reports, carrying regular file audits and other relevant compliance duties.
Suitable candidates must have strong administration experience within compliance, be confident and have strong communication skills, be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team and be prepared to study towards ICA Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering. Experience and knowledge of the SRA Accounts Rules, and Accounts Receivable Collection software would be an advantage.
Hours – Monday to Friday 10:00am – 3:00pm
Salary – Up to £19,500 pro rata depending on experience
Location – Knowlhill, Milton Keynes
