Change Manager - ERP implementation, HR transformation. Organisational change - Fluent French, other languages a bonus. European travel. Paris based. Fixed term contract or daily rate contract considered. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fluent French speaking, and very experienced Organisational Change Manager to join a global organisation on a huge ERP implementation. Ideally, you will have organisation change management experience in an ERP implementation project, in particular JD Edwards. However, the technical background is less important than the experience working in complex, global organisations, your strength of character, tenacity and your ability and willingness to work across Europe in different locations. In this role you will have responsibility for stakeholder management, change readiness, communications and training. You will identify, manage and engage with all stakeholders and maintain a stakeholder issue tracker throughout the implementation. You will manage the regional communication activity plan and will ensure that the communication is clear, concise and up to date, advising on progress of the implementation. You will ensure that Training Needs Analysis is conducted thoroughly and you will manage the design and delivery of training programs post implementation. You will have particular strengths on the HR front and will be able to take employees through the change journey. You will be integral to the design of the "to be" structure and will have the strength to identify that the right people are in the right seats. Please send CV asap for urgent consideration.
