The Permanent Division of Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently recruiting for a Finance Director on behalf of a specialist manufacturing business with offices based in Milton Keynes.
As Finance Director you will take responsibility for a small Finance Team and will be directly involved in the exciting develop, growth and change that the business is looking for which will include taking the business through an IPO. Day to day duties will include team management Circa 20 staff; presenting and reporting to shareholders and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner; client and customer liaison; business analysis and reporting associated with the work involved in relation to a IPO for the business.
You will be a Qualified Chartered or Certified Accountant with a minimum 10 years post Qualification experience gained either in a Professional Practice environment or with experience in industry - ideally Technology/Manufacturing and ideally with previous IPO experience and exposure to a high growth business. You will be ambitious and motivated to work within a high growth company with a high level of interpersonal effectiveness and an ability to motivate staff within a high pressure environment.
