The roleIn your position as Product Owner you will be responsible for the product’s success. You will build and maintain relationship with stakeholders, will be working closely with development team to communicate product vision effectively. You will be doing more than process information – you’ll have to discover those hidden needs that client hasn’t even imagined.

As an ambassador to the company, your role is accountable for managing and coordinating distributed resources and processes to deliver complex services and products, while participating in defining the strategy for the product development team by driving initiatives that deliver on Braendler Engineering vision.

Skills
  • Leadership with fantastic organizational skills;
  • Strong communication skills both within core team and with stakeholders;
  • Ability to create and communicate the vision, strategy and roadmap and to lead product development;
  • Experience in working with development team;
  • Understanding of detailed UX design, able to Map UX workflows;
  • Ability to facilitate internal and external workshops;
  • Experience using Agile/ Scrum project management methodologies;
  • Familiarity with JIRA and related Atlassian technology;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Able to visualize ideas;
  • Enjoys to travel;
  • Technical work experience (desirable, not essential).
Responsibilities
  • Have a clear vision for the customer products and participate in creating the product strategy;
  • Participate in visits to clients to gather feedback and to provide product details;
  • Provide alignment of features to satisfy dependencies and synergies among them;
  • Clearly expressing Product Backlog items;
  • Prioritizing according to business value;
  • Using feedback from stakeholders in each iteration to redefine the business value more accurately;
  • Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all;
  • Collaborate with Development Team and stakeholders to discard from product backlog the product items not providing value;
  • Continuously grooming the backlog to ensure it is up to date;
  • Making sure that there is a backlog ready with properly sized stories for at least the next few sprints;
  • Gather requirements and constraints from stakeholders;
  • Define release objectives;
  • Translate business needs/objectives into specific stories and related acceptance criteria.
  • Participate on all refinement, retrospective and review meetings.
