HR Systems Analyst Graham Matthews (Up to £55000 or 55,000 EUROS + Benefits) Job Description: Graham Matthews have partnered with the World's leading providers of health and life reinsurance. We are now in search of a HR Systems Analyst to assist in the transformation of their HR System. The company is moving to a new Workday HR solution to help improve employee experience by moving their HR service to the Cloud. KEYWORDS: Workday, core HR, Employee and Manager Self-service, Absences, Security, business processes, HR Analyst, Workday Security, Process Configuration, Project Management, Testing, Training Role: - You will be responsible for system maintenance through testing and implementing global HCM systems - Providing production support through researching and resolving HCM issues - Enhancing the process-system - Comparing data from sources to draw conclusions and making recommendations - Training clients and new system users in regards to guidelines, procedures and functionality as required - Focusing on individual development by keeping awareness of current HCM trends such as product and services Essential Skills: - Strong and fluent English communication skills - Bachelor's degree in computer science, HR, Business or equivalent experience - 5-8 years of work experience in Human Resources - Experienced within Workday and other HRIS systems - Good knowledge on Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and other areas. Nice to have Skills: - 3+ years of HR experience on a global platform Location: - London or Dublin Travel: - No travel required Candidate: - Strong leadership skills, including communication, decision making, facilitation and influence at all levels - Ability to meet challenging deadlines while leading cross-functional teams in a fast paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment. - Demonstrates the ability to quickly learn, become competent in, and effectively apply new skills. Salary: - You will get paid a competitive salary of up to 55,000 Euros working in Dublin or £55,000 working in London plus benefits.
