Job Title: 829 Project Systems Officer
Location: Highbury East, Islington, London

PAYE rate: £15.82- £18.62
LTD rate: £19.95 - £23.48
Salary: £29,620 to £34,850

Contract Type: 12 Weeks Temporary - Potential Fixed Term Up To 31st March 2018
Weekly Hours: 36 Hours
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00am - 05:00pm (Can be flexible)
Start Date: Candidate must be available immediately

The manager is looking for someone with advanced Excel skills and a Data Analyst background.
A new opportunity has become available for Project Systems Officer at Clarion Housing Group. The ideal candidate will have excellent working experience with Excel. The candidate must know how to use V-lookups, Pivot tables and have proven experience of using multiple databases, spread sheets and analysing large quantities of data. Candidate must have working knowledge of asset management IT systems (e.g. Promaster etc). Candidate need to have experience of working within the social housing sector and experience in a compliance/data monitoring and reporting.

The person will be cooperating with contractors and consultants to ensure optimum data transfer, evidence and record keeping. They will liaise with other stakeholders, including Responsive Repairs, Planned Works, specialist housing and Neighbourhood Management to ensure co-ordination and evidencing of completed remedial actions as appropriate. They will manage compliance figures, liaise with Property Service Team, processing certificates, uploading data to the system and comparing reports.

Candidate need to demonstrate attention to detail, be able to ensure data accuracy and be fluent in working with Excel spreadsheet.
