Robert Half Financial Services Group is looking to find an experienced trade support analyst for a well-established boutique Asset Management based in the West End. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a couple of years trade support / Asset Management experience especially with the global markets and wishes to join an established Asset Management company to grow and progress their trade support experience whilst working on a range of products with vast opportunities to learn. Role * Predominantly a trade support role covering the full trade lifecycle * Trade Matching and Settlements - mainly Long/Short Equities but also FX, Futures, Opt and Total Return Swaps * Administrative tasks as part of day-to-day client management and trade support * Settlement queries * Reconciliation of trades, cash and positions to custodian reports * Adjustments for client hedging policies * Forecasting cash balances * Liaising with custodians, trustees and third party administrators * Ad-hoc reporting * Projects - systems implementation and managing process change * To actively seek methods and means of innovating, automating and improving processes to improve efficiency's * To assist with the wider Finance and Operations team where necessary Profile * Minimum of 3-5 years' experience within an asset management / hedge fund * Degree educated - preferably in a numerical subject * Advanced Excel skills * Long/Short Equity and Derivative exposure * Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements * Team-player. * Good communication & presentation skills.
