Driven by continued growth, we are looking for an experienced PPC Account Manager to join us in Birmingham. Our Yell Agency team is expanding by on-boarding major national search accounts as the Yell business emerges into a significant digital marketing player. We run AdWords campaigns for over 13,000 companies and our Agency manages the top-level customers across the UK - we expect to triple in size this year.

The Digital Agency team provide bespoke digital marketing solutions with industry-leading levels of service. The role

Using Google Adwords to effectively run PPC campaigns for the Digital Agency clients, ensuring regular contact and feedback of campaign performance.
Build and maintain relationships with Agency clients through face-to-face, telephone and written contact.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to elicit all necessary information, ensuring client needs are met.
Own client issues internally to ensure the requirements are delivered within agreed time-scales and to specification in conjunction with the Account Manager.
Produce bespoke use reports, system-generated tasks and work lists to ensure that client needs and business objectives are met.

An experienced PPC Account Manager who is bursting with ideas and creativity
An excellent communicator who is clear, concise and accurate
Strong attention to detail and the finer points.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
Ability to build strong customer relationships to ensure the maximum ROI is delivered with every campaign.
Pro- active forward thinker, able to work alone, managing client requirements effectively.
Google Adwords Accredited in Search, Shopping, Google Display Network preferred
Knowledge of Bing and Yahoo.
