We have an exciting new role arisen for an enthusiastic individual with strong software user skills, to provide training on in-house products within a friendly team for a well-established professional company with an excellent reputation. It would be a fantastic opportunity to join a company with an Award-winning product portfolio and to develop your skills further in training and coaching. The successful candidate will quickly pick up knowledge of the functionality of Company products and will use his/her strong interpersonal skills to deliver coaching and training both face to face and online for internal clients with the additional opportunity to deliver some training externally at a Client's premises. Responsibilities can include attending roadshows and other events throughout the year, engaging and building relationships with clients face to face. The role will entail developing a strong knowledge of the company's products in order to provide well informed understanding to others. Key responsibilities would also include maintaining accurate records of revenue generated and assessing client training needs to ensure they have a good grasp of the features and benefits of using the company's services and software. There will be additional tasks of providing feedback to product teams and assisting in the roll out of new products. The role could be a good opportunity for an individual with some training department or client liaison experience. Alternatively, the role may suit a graduate or someone looking to return to work. Any experience of dealing with clients face to face, for example in an Account Management or similar role, could also prove valuable. In addition to having confidence and warm interpersonal skills, the successful candidate will have his/her own transport.
