Our client is a rapidly growing online beach holidays company, with the long term strategy to expand into other platforms and other geographical markets. Revenue has increased by more than 50% year on year and the Company is looking for a Management Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. The successful individual will be a part-qualified accountant with previous relevant experience and a driven, tenacious attitude. Job Description: - Commercial analysis for the Senior Management Team. - Supporting the Manager, FP&A in the preparation of weekly performance reports. - Assisting in the preparation of financial data. - Assist in preparation of annual budget and forecasts. - Variance analysis, investment efficiency analysis and trend analysis on revenue and KPIs. - Liaise with different departments and support in management decision making. - Ad-hoc project work as required. Skills/Experience: - Minimum one year in a commercially focussed role including both KPI and financial reporting. - Strong SQL or Microsoft Dynamics skills are essential. - Part-qualified accountant. - Strong analytical skills driven by the effective use of Excel. - Excellent management reporting skills with a high attention to detail. - Organised and task focused in order to meet deadlines.
