Service Desk Analyst / IT Support Analyst / Help Desk Analyst

Currently recruiting for an exciting new Service Desk Analyst / IT Support Analyst / Help Desk Analyst to come on board working for a leading housing association on 6 months fixed term contract basis.

As a Service Desk Analyst / IT Support Analyst / Help Desk Analyst you will be expected to:

-Provide a customer focused IT service to IT users.
-Provide support to the technical infrastructure team in maintaining the IT network and
systems by assisting with diagnosing and logging faults.
-Assist in the administration and user support for mobile and fixed devices.
-Have previous experience of using and supporting Windows 10 and MS Office 365, Windows Server (including Active Directory), MS Exchange, Citrix and other software packages.

Be prepared as the organisation has a number of remote locations and as such, the post-holder must be willing to travel to these locations on a regular basis

The ideal Service Desk Analyst / IT Support Analyst / Help Desk Analyst must have excellent customer service experience and have experience of working in a busy service desk environment.
