Key Responsibilities: * Working on the bank's people change and organisational management initiatives. * The initiation and definition of project artefacts. * Documenting current state and designing future state. * Ensuring future state designs are intent on unifying investigative departments/teams and aligning processes within Financial Crime Risk. * Analyse and produce a solution for the use of Government Requests for Information (GRIs) as intelligence for the bank. * Assist in the build-out of the new organisation and governance, particularly the design of a new business management tool.
