Communications Manager- Pensions (leading global financial services business) London £45,000-50,000+ bonus+bens Our client, a global Financial Services organisation, is looking for an experienced Communications professional with a background within the Pensions space to join the business. You will play a key role in the implementation of the member communication strategy of the Pension Scheme and will be responsible for delivery of engaging communication material * Supporting the implementation of the annual communication strategy and budget. * Implementing of the agreed communications plan. * Producing and coordinating the production of communications material for day to day activities and special projects * Monitoring communications produced by the third party administrators such as those related to the administration of members' benefits payable on death, leaving and retirement. * Monitoring member engagement levels based on agreed metrics. * Organize member engagement events as required. * Delivering communication projects on time achieving accuracy and quality targets. * Developing pension scheme member communications to remain accurate, relevant and fully compliant with relevant regulations. * Monitoring pensions communication market developments and apply these to promote continuous improvement in the quality and effectiveness of scheme communications. * Proposing improvements in the appropriate metrics for assessment of member communication effectiveness. Skills and experienced required: * Current/recent experience in a communications role gained in the Pensions space (DC and DB pensions) is essential * Experience of working with digital communication media. * Excellent writing skills * project management experience and track record of successful delivery * Good stakeholder management skills.
