About you: - We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, making brave choices and are curious to explore different ways to help our customers while considering the most cost effective way to settle claims. You will demonstrate genuine empathy and you must have the ability to talk customers in jargon free language, putting them at ease and resolving their query. You will be able to build rapport whether your customer is 18 or 80. In the role your responsibilities will include: - Handling enquiries from our brokers, our service provider network and our partner organisations. To say our office is a dynamic environment is an understatement! - Providing an exceptional service to our customers - Dealing with claims in the correct manner in accordance with all guidelines (Don't worry - full training will be given) - Managing spend against claims - Dealing with challenging calls professionally and efficiently - Providing cost effective solutions to customer demand - Adding value to each call, ultimately moving the claim towards settlement. Additional Information: (Port Solent) Working hours are on a 35 hour week, shift basis. You will work flexible shifts between Monday to Friday 8am- 8pm and Saturday & Sunday 9am- 5pm. If you work on a weekend, you will get time off during the week. Weekend working is alternative, meaning you won't be here every weekend. Part time working opportunities are available.
