My client are a FTSE 250 business providing facilities, property and asset management for some of the biggest public and private sector businesses. They have revenues in excess of £1.8bn and a reputation for being the best in their business. They are looking for a helpdesk administrator to join their team to liaise with clients and log work orders onto the system. This role will be based in an office environment and the ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with clients and engineers. Job objectives and responsibilities * Manage the Reactive Work Order and PPM process with engineers and sub-contractors ensuring that the contractual priorities and timescales are met Main duties * Effectively monitor delivery of reactive works and ensure contract KPI's * Foster client relationships and develop a culture of trust and respect * Allocate and dispatch reactive work orders to appropriate engineers * Ensure work orders are completed to meet the contractual timescales * Manage the relevant CAFM systems appropriately ensuring that sufficient information is captured for analysis * Escalate potential unavailability work orders to the operations managers and supervisors * Answer all telephone calls both internally and externally in a professional and timely manner ensuring that all messages are returned appropriately * Manage all contractors PPM activities * Raising of Quotes in the relevant CAFM system Person Specification * Ideally previous experience of call centre or call logging systems * Previous experience in a customer service role * Must be able to work to tight deadlines * Team player - Ability to work alone or as part of a team * IT literate * Flexibility / Adaptability
