If you are a natural ability to champion a brand, challenge the status quo and look at the finer details then this role is for you. We are recruiting a Marketing Executive to join a forward-thinking team within an Insurance brokerage based in London.
Our ideal candidate will come from a Marketing background and have superb communication skills and natural flair for creative marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver, in conjunction with the Business Marketing Managers and internal stakeholders, marketing activity across all media (email, web, events, press, social, conference, collateral, presentations etc.) to support strategic market positioning and brand initiative activity
Ensure all marketing activity aligns completely to our brand & strategic positioning
Gain maximum exposure for marketing through understanding the whole activity picture and assembling the key timing and messages into a clear, cohesive, integrated plan
Ensure necessary compliance and legal sign off obtained for marketing deliveries
Communicate marketing process, timescales and plans clearly to stakeholders and establish necessary protocol for communications to customers
Proactively challenge the boundaries of marketing ensuring ALL media is considered when delivering & trialling new media e.g. social
Be on the front foot & proactive in spotting & implementing opportunities, be industry aware of topics which would link to our strategies and delivery
Measure and evaluate marketing delivery and publish results

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

Educated to a Marketing/Business degree standard or equivalent is desirable
CIM Certificate in Marketing desirable
Marketing strategy, delivery and execution skills
Demonstration of strong business acumen used to build marketing propositions
Excellent insurance products & distribution knowledge in the intermediary market
Proven track record of delivery of online campaigns
Experience of social media and digital platforms
Effective re-branding experience
High degree of knowledge in communications
High level of communication skills - at all levels of seniority
Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate effectively
Excellent relationship management ability with the confidence to liaise with senior business stakeholders
Can identify potential risk/issues and seek advice
Planning, organising and prioritisation skills
Good organisational skills for forward planning
Self-motivation, initiative and enthusiasm
Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities
