A market-leading public relations organisation based in central London is currently looking to hire a talented and enthusiastic 1st Line Support Analyst / Desktop Analyst (Windows, MS Office, Active Directory, Exchange and Video Conferencing) to join the team.

You will be responsible for providing a first response to onsite support requests and for that reason you MUST have excellent communication skills and be well organised

Day-to-day responsibilities include: Troubleshooting user issues, setting up new users, supporting video conferences, machine imaging and logging support calls and requests into the helpdesk ticketing system. Prioritising requests, communicating clearly with the users and escalating when necessary.

To be considered for the 1st Line Support Analyst / Desktop Analyst role you will require the following skill-set:

·Windows 7 / Windows 10

·MS Office 2010 / 2013

·Experience with iPads and Tablets

·HP and IBM Hardware

·Experience in basic networking and troubleshooting, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.

·Active Directory

·Excellent Communication Skills

·Customer Focused

Useful Experience but not required

·Experience in PC imaging and new user setups.

·Knowledge of Group Policy, and software deployment.

·Worked with Apple Mac computers

·Knowledge of various desktop and MS server operating systems, and system administration tools.

1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer- Initial 12 week contract, renewable based on customer feedback - Central London
Holborn - £130 p/d - Monday to Friday, 9:00am until 5:00pm

A highly successful organisation based in Central London (Holborn) are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join the team.


Please note - candidates must be available to interview and start immediately. Potential start date will be week beginning 16th October.

This role will involve providing remote and desktop support to circa 200 users in their London office. To be suitable candidate will have previously provided 1st line support in a Windows environment.

Their technical environment is made up of the following:

·Microsoft Office (2013/2016)

·Microsoft Exchange

·Citrix

·VMware

·Video Conferencing - Skype for Business

·Avaya Telephony

·Active Directory
