Position - IT Service Manager (Service Delivery and Support) Location - London Salary - £50,000 to £65,000 I am currently working with a global risk and strategic consulting firm, who are actively seeking a Service Manager. Reporting in the Director IT Services, the Service Manager will be accountable for Infrastructure & End-User Services provided to the European and African regions. Experience & Qualifications: - Demonstrable experience of managing IT services within a global environment (with multiple time zones etc.) - Excellent people management skills with a proven ability to develop individuals and teams (1st, 2nd & 3rd line resources) - Strong Incident and Problem management skills - Good understanding of Office 365, IT Security tools/systems, and emerging technologies - Ability to build & retain business and third-party relationships - ITIL Certified - Working knowledge of ITSM tools, reporting & documentation - Prince 2 or equivalent would be advantageous This truly is a fantastic opportunity!
