Ambitious Employment Associate sought by Legal 500 firm offering quality respondent work and close access to clients.
Our client is a well-established and award-winning firm, boasting low rates of staff turnover and an established client base ranging from smaller SMEs through to large PLCs and subsidiaries of international blue-chips.
The firm is now seeking to recruit an experienced employment solicitor to bolster its offering in the West Midlands, taking over existing client relationships and using this as a platform from ch to continue building a practice across the region and beyond.
With around 5+yrs PQE or equivalent, you will have previously advised on both contentious and non-contentious matters, advising respondents on employment issues including discrimination claims, employment contracts, staff handbooks, wrongful dismissal, etc. You will also be interested in business development and marketing opportunities and utilising these to your advantage to strengthen existing client relationships as well as establishing new ones.
