IT Support Analyst – Bristol– Up to £24k

First Line Support/1st Line Support/Microsoft/ITIL/Exchange/Office365



This 1st Line Support Technician role is an awesome opportunity to join a specialist software provider based in Central Bristol.



The business offers support to a large number of clients from around the country. They are looking to expand their support team so they can keep offering their clients a high quality service.



You would be the first line of support for application and infrastructure products and solutions.



Your responsibilities will include:
  • Incident logging


  • Inbound/Outbound customer support


  • Setting reasonable expectations for customers’ issues to be resolved


  • Managing the technicians’ workload


  • Assist with solving basic support problems.




As an ideal candidate, you would have:


  • ITIL Aware


  • Excellent communication skills


  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office


  • Experience of using a database


  • Good working knowledge of PC hardware, network principles and operating systems
