My client is a global banking institution they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to participate in the HR SaaS Payroll Technical projects to ensure comprehensive, timely and high quality outcome of assigned projects. 6 Month contract initially. Principal Accountabilities: - Participate in the HR SaaS Payroll Technical projects to ensure comprehensive, timely and high quality outcome of assigned projects. - Assist in developing project plans using tools that facilitate task listing, assignments, tracking and modification to ensure delivery of quality and cost-effective IT solutions which meet the real needs of the business in a timely and orderly manner. - Manage the project IT budget on behalf of the project sponsor, monitoring the expenditures and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the project progresses. - Introduce flexibility to project deliverables through cross-function view. - Produces executive reports on assigned projects to keep management apprised of project status, major issues, scope changes, resource changes and milestone achievement or misses. - Accountable for all work on the project, as well as the financial aspects and the project team. Certifications, Qualifications & Experience: - Project management skills and experience, including examples of the delivery of on time and on budget HR Payroll Transformation Change - a driver with bias towards delivery at pace and controlling project outcomes. - Project management experience and exposure to HR SaaS Payroll Technology and Implementation. - Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation, project management and written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical projects and virtual teams. - Confidence working with staff that includes the highest levels of management. An understanding of the technical development process; the ability to discuss technical issues with both technicians and business users. - Strong management ability to co-ordinate and direct effort in functional teams across the Group. - Project Management Institute (PMI) certification is desirable.
