1st & 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer Join our internationally award-winning client as a Technical Support Engineer, to operate as the sole technical expert in the UK from their exceptional offices in Shoreditch! The opportunity A genuinely exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-paced and vibrant business to support users across several UK sites, offering a mix of both interesting and challenging work. You'll provide first and second line desktop support across the UK operation of this global organisation with the aim of improving service levels. Skills and experience You'll need a proven background and experience in technical desktop support roles, with a strong client focus and a natural passion for providing excellent customer service. Essential skills and experience: - Proven ability to manage against service level agreements - Troubleshooting and administration of Microsoft Windows 7, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Server 2008/2012 - Able to communicate technical information in a non-technical way The following experience would prove beneficial: - ITIL understanding - Microsoft Server Certification (MCSA) - Citrix, SharePoint, Networking skills Next steps This is a great opportunity to join an internationally recognised design house with a genuinely open and collaborative environment.
