IT Technician - 1st/2nd Line Support - Harrogate IT Support/1st Line/2nd Line/Helpdesk/Hardware/Software/Infrastructure/Database/Cyber Security IT Technician required for a leading client based in Harrogate. You will have both technical and customer service responsibility for escalated service problems. You will be required to work on the continuous improvement of internal systems alongside supporting internal users via various approaches. Key Responsibilities of the role - Handling escalated service issues and ensuring that technical and customer service requirements are met - Assisting users and providing support via face to face, telephone and remote connection - Diagnosing and resolving a range of technical issues - Continuous monitoring and maintenance of systems and networks Key Skills of the role - Previous 1st and 2nd line support experience - Good understanding of incident management processes - Working knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft applications - Network experience - Clear written and verbal communication.
