Accountancy Practice - Westhoughton - Payroll Assistant
Your new company
You will be joining an established and highly reputable firm of accountants based in the Westhoughton area. Following an increase in the number of Payroll clients the firm works with they are now looking to appoint a Payroll Assistant to the busy team.
Your new role
As the Payroll Assistant you will be responsible for the end to end process. You will be required to on board new clients, process starters and leavers, issue P45s and P60s as well as process the payroll on a variety of basis. Using IRIS you will be dealing with any queries that arise, liaise with HMRC and be responsible for reconciling the payroll and producing year end reports.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to undertake this role you will have experience working within a similar role previously and must have worked in a bureau or practice in the recent past. Ideally you will have used IRIS or Sage and be a good user of IT systems.
