Pinpoint are leaders in the staff alarm system market and currently have a new opening for a strategic and hands on marketer to shape and develop a new approach to marketing and help drive business growth. You will be data and results driven, hands-on digital (and traditional) specialist who is proficient in developing a marketing strategy and owning its implementation. This fantastic opportunity offers the successful candidate multiple opportunities to deliver both tactically and strategically to help deliver our unique cutting-edge products that includes staff alarm systems, nurse call systems, CCTV, access control and similar integrated technologies. This role allows you to work for an organisation committed to growing its brand and increase its market share nationally and internationally. The position is based in Leven, Fife and reports into the MD, with responsibilities to include: - Develop a detailed understanding of our customers and establish a marketing strategy to increase market share via end users and channel partners including architects, consultants, contractors and distribution partners - Establish new website, literature and other marketing resources - Establish and implement new social media and digital marketing strategies - Support the sales team by attending trades fares/exhibitions - Successful measurement and analysis of marketing and its delivery. This can include spend vs lead generation, lead generation vs quality of lead and lead vs closed sale. This is a stand-alone role however you will develop relationships with independent marketing agencies to assist with delivery of all marketing activities. You will be the face of Pinpoint when dealing with external third parties and as such we are looking for a great personality and professional attitude.
